1. Delivery Area

We currently provide local delivery to serviceable 452xxx Indore pincodes. Checkout validates the entered pincode before an order is accepted.

2. Delivery Charges

The current delivery fee and free-delivery threshold come from store settings and are displayed before you place the order. The database recalculates them at order confirmation.

3. Delivery Timing

The selected delivery preference is a request, not a guaranteed appointment. The store will contact you at the verified phone number if an item, timing, or address needs clarification.

4. Unavailability

If you are not available at the delivery address to receive the order, our executive will attempt to contact you. Repeated failure to receive orders may result in account suspension.
